Limitations and exclusions apply. Vehicle service contracts, vehicle protection products, diminished asset protection, paint & interior protection, roadside assistance, and guaranteed asset protection are optional and are not insurance. Coverage may vary by product agreement and state. Please refer to the applicable product agreement for details of terms and conditions.
In FL, MO, ND and OR, Diamond Care Protection Plan Vehicle Service Contracts and Prepaid Maintenance Agreements are administered by Nissan Extended Services North America, Inc., FL License #60128. In all other states, Nissan Extended Services North America, G.P. Both are located at PO Box 685004, Franklin, TN 37068-5004, (615) 725-1000.
The High-Mileage Plan is administered by CareGard Warranty Services, Inc., PO Box 653, Bedford TX 76095 (817) 552-4100. In Florida, the High-Mileage Plans is backed by WESCO Insurance Company, 800 Superior Avenue E, 21st Floor, Cleveland, OH 44114, (866) 505-4048, License #01913.
Ancillary Plan vehicle service contracts and vehicle protection products are administered by NIU of Florida, Inc., 5600 Broken Sound Blvd NW, Boca Raton, FL 33487, (888) 684-9327 (except in FL, the obligor/provider and administrator is NIU of Florida, Inc. 5600 Broken Sound Blvd NW, Boca Raton, FL 33487, [888] 684-9327, License #01238). Motor club products are provided by Nation Motor Club, LLC 5600 Broken Sound Blvd NW, Boca Raton, FL 33487; 888-684-2680 (except in AK, AL, & UT, the provider is Nation Safe Drivers Services, Inc., 5600 Broken Sound Blvd NW, Boca Raton, FL 33487, (888) 684-9327). Guaranteed asset protection is administered by Nation Motor Club, LLC. Diminished asset protection and paint & interior protection is provided by Nation Safe Drivers, 5600 Broken Sound Blvd NW, Boca Raton, FL 33487, (888) 684-9327.
